1. Eligibility

PVPSMP is intended for users who are at least 13 years old.

If you are under 13, you may not use PVPSMP unless your parent or legal guardian has contacted us and provided legally valid consent where required.

If you are under 18, you may use PVPSMP only with permission from your parent or legal guardian. Your parent or guardian is responsible for your use of PVPSMP, including purchases and compliance with these Terms.

Discord and Reddit generally require users to be at least 13. Users under 13 may not participate in PVPSMP Discord or Reddit spaces.

2. Relationship to Third-Party Services

PVPSMP is an independent Minecraft server/community. PVPSMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Microsoft, Mojang, Discord, Reddit, or Tebex.

Your use of Minecraft is governed by Microsoft/Mojang terms and Minecraft usage guidelines. Your use of Discord and Reddit is governed by those platforms’ terms and policies.

PVPSMP intends to operate in compliance with the Minecraft End User License Agreement, Minecraft Usage Guidelines, commercial usage rules, platform requirements, Tebex requirements, payment processor rules, and other applicable third-party requirements. To remain compliant, PVPSMP may modify, suspend, replace, rebalance, restrict, or remove any rank, perk, feature, reward, item, privilege, store option, gameplay mechanic, or service with or without advance notice.

Purchases are processed through Tebex Checkout and its payment partners. Tebex’s own terms, policies, fraud checks, refund processes, privacy policy, and payment rules may apply.

3. Rules Are Part of These Terms

The PVPSMP Rules are incorporated into these Terms. You agree not to cheat, exploit, dupe, scam, harass, doxx, threaten, groom, impersonate, spam, advertise other servers, evade bans, abuse bugs, attack systems, manipulate the economy, or use any client/mod/tool that gives an unfair advantage.

PVPSMP staff may interpret and enforce the Rules at their discretion to protect the server, economy, players, staff, and community.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your Minecraft, Microsoft, Discord, Reddit, email, and related accounts. You are responsible for all activity performed through your accounts.

We are not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts, shared accounts, weak passwords, account theft, platform outages, or third-party service issues. We may assist with recovery or restoration, but we are not required to restore lost items, currency, claims, ranks, or progress.

5. Logging and Monitoring

PVPSMP logs server activity. By using PVPSMP, you acknowledge that we may collect and review connection logs, IP addresses, usernames, UUIDs, chat, private/direct Minecraft messages, commands, gameplay actions, economy transactions, claims, signs, books, item names, inventory/backpack/audit data during investigations, anti-cheat alerts, support tickets, reports, and appeals.

6. User Content

“User Content” means anything you create, submit, upload, say, write, build, place, name, display, or transmit through PVPSMP, including chat, private messages, builds, signs, books, item names, skins/cosmetic representations, Discord posts, Reddit posts, reports, tickets, screenshots, videos, bug reports, and appeals.

You retain whatever rights you have in your User Content. By submitting or creating User Content through PVPSMP, you grant PVPSMP a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, moderate, remove, preserve, use, and distribute that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, promote, document, or improve PVPSMP.

Usernames, skins, builds, chat, gameplay, and events may appear in screenshots, videos, streams, trailers, social posts, Discord posts, Reddit posts, or promotional materials.

7. Purchases, Coins, Ranks, and Virtual Goods

PVPSMP may offer digital items, virtual goods, and server features, including Coins, ranks, subscriptions, cosmetics, pets, crate keys, battlepass access, backpack upgrades, homes, teleport conveniences, Auction House conveniences, and other virtual items, perks, or services.

All purchases are for a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access digital content or server features within PVPSMP. Purchases do not create ownership rights in any virtual item, currency, rank, account, claim, perk, feature, world, server data, or service.

Coins

Coins are virtual in-game tokens made available for use only within PVPSMP. Coins represent a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access eligible digital content, virtual items, cosmetics, convenience features, server features, or other PVPSMP content where available.

Coins are not money, legal tender, cryptocurrency, digital currency, stored value, a bank account, a deposit account, a gift card, or a real-world financial asset.

Coins have no real-world cash value and may not be redeemed, withdrawn, sold, transferred, exchanged, or converted into real money, real-world goods, fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or anything of monetary value unless PVPSMP expressly allows it in writing.

Purchase and Delivery

Coin purchases and other PVPSMP purchases are processed through Tebex Checkout and its payment partners. PVPSMP does not directly process or store full payment card details.

When you purchase Coins or other digital content, delivery may occur immediately or shortly after payment approval by crediting Coins, ranks, items, perks, or other virtual content to the Minecraft account, UUID, Bedrock identifier, or other account identity associated with the purchase.

You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username, account information, and purchase information at checkout. PVPSMP may assist with delivery issues, but we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect account information, compromised accounts, shared accounts, third-party account issues, or platform issues unless we decide otherwise.

Payment Eligibility, Accuracy, and Fees

You may make purchases only if you are authorized to use the payment method, you provide accurate account and purchase information, and you comply with these Terms, the Rules, Tebex requirements, payment processor rules, and applicable law.

You are responsible for entering the correct Minecraft username, UUID, Bedrock identifier, email address, Discord account, or other required account information at checkout. PVPSMP may assist with delivery issues, but we are not responsible for losses, delays, or misdelivery caused by inaccurate account information, shared accounts, compromised accounts, platform issues, or third-party service issues unless we decide otherwise.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are listed in United States Dollars. Your bank, card issuer, payment processor, wallet provider, or financial institution may charge fees, currency conversion charges, international transaction fees, or other costs that PVPSMP does not control and cannot reimburse.

No Cash Value and No Unauthorized Transfers

Coins and virtual goods may be used only as permitted by PVPSMP. You may not sell, trade, transfer, gift, broker, auction, exchange, wager, or otherwise use Coins or virtual goods for real money, real-world value, off-server value exchange, or anything of monetary value outside approved PVPSMP systems.

Real-money trading, unauthorized resale, chargeback abuse, fraud, laundering, or attempts to convert Coins or virtual goods into real-world value are prohibited and may result in account restriction, Coin removal, store blacklist, ban, and other enforcement action.

Refunds and Digital Delivery

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all Coin purchases and other digital purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered, credited, consumed, used, or made available to the purchasing account.

By completing a purchase, you request immediate digital delivery or performance. Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that once digital delivery or performance begins, you may lose any statutory cancellation, withdrawal, or cooling-off right.

No refund is owed simply because you changed your mind, stopped playing, entered incorrect account information, violated the rules, were banned or restricted, lost access to your Minecraft/Microsoft/Discord/Reddit account, experienced a server reset, or because a feature, perk, economy system, crate, reward, or item was balanced, modified, disabled, removed, or replaced.

This refund policy does not limit refunds required by applicable law, Tebex policy, payment processor rules, or a written refund approval from PVPSMP.

Account Termination and Forfeiture

Purchases do not grant immunity from PVPSMP rules, moderation, or enforcement.

If your account is muted, suspended, banned, reset, restricted, store-blocked, or otherwise terminated for violating PVPSMP rules, these Terms, payment rules, fraud rules, chargeback rules, or community standards, PVPSMP may revoke your license to access Coins, purchased content, ranks, subscriptions, crate keys, cosmetics, perks, virtual goods, and server features.

Unused Coins and other virtual goods may be permanently forfeited without refund or compensation, except where a refund is required by applicable law, Tebex policy, or payment processor rules.

Balance Changes, Resets, and Availability

PVPSMP is an evolving Minecraft server. Coins, virtual goods, perks, ranks, crates, rewards, cosmetics, economy systems, features, and server content may be modified, rebalanced, restricted, disabled, replaced, removed, reset, or discontinued at any time for gameplay balance, server health, economy protection, legal compliance, technical reasons, anti-abuse reasons, platform policy compliance, or business reasons.

Coins do not guarantee permanent access to any specific item, feature, world, economy state, server season, gameplay advantage, or server configuration.

Current Feature and Perk Information

PVPSMP tries to describe ranks, perks, subscriptions, cosmetics, crates, rewards, Coins, and other virtual goods accurately. However, the official current description of any purchasable or unlockable feature is the information published on the PVPSMP website, store, or other official current PVPSMP pages at the time of use or purchase.

Old screenshots, old Discord messages, outdated announcements, social media posts, videos, player statements, staff comments, cached pages, or previous versions of a feature description may be incomplete, outdated, or no longer accurate. PVPSMP may update feature descriptions, perks, availability, and balancing over time.

8. Chance-Based Games and Player Wagers

PVPSMP may offer optional chance-based, risk-based, or wager-based gameplay features, including games where players may voluntarily wager eligible in-game assets such as in-game money, XP, items, or other non-cash-out virtual goods approved by PVPSMP.

These features are for entertainment purposes only. Participation in these features is optional and is not required for normal gameplay, server progression, purchases, ranks, or access to PVPSMP.

All wagers involve risk. By participating, you acknowledge that you may lose any in-game money, XP, items, or other approved non-cash-out virtual assets you choose to wager. You should not wager anything you are not willing to lose.

Chance-based outcomes are designed to follow the odds displayed or described for the applicable game, such as a 50/50 outcome for a standard two-player coin flip where applicable. However, random outcomes do not follow a guaranteed pattern. A fair 50/50 system does not mean wins and losses will alternate. Each outcome may be independent, and losing streaks are possible.

PVPSMP may charge fees, taxes, or deductions on wager-based games as an economy sink or server feature. If applicable, those fees may reduce the amount paid out to the winner.

In-game money, XP, items, Coins, and all other PVPSMP virtual assets have no real-world cash value and may not be redeemed, withdrawn, sold, transferred, exchanged, or converted into real money, real-world goods, cryptocurrency, fiat currency, or anything of monetary value outside approved PVPSMP systems.

PVPSMP wager-based features are not a way to earn money, profit, investment return, or anything of real-world value.

Voluntary wager losses are final and are not refundable. No refund, replacement, compensation, chargeback justification, or balance restoration is owed because you lost a wager, misunderstood the odds, experienced a losing streak, changed your mind, or regretted participating, except where required by applicable law, Tebex policy, payment processor rules, or a written decision by PVPSMP.

Abuse of wager-based systems is prohibited. This includes exploiting bugs, manipulating outcomes, collusion, boosting, laundering assets, using alternate accounts to bypass limits, real-money trading, scamming, chargeback abuse, or using wagers to evade rules, punishments, taxes, limits, or economy controls.

PVPSMP may limit, restrict, disable, reverse, void, tax, rebalance, or remove wager-based games or related transactions at any time for server integrity, economy health, abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical reasons, payment processor requirements, Tebex requirements, or community safety.

If wager-based gameplay is illegal or restricted in your jurisdiction, or if you are not allowed to participate because of your age, local law, parent/guardian rules, platform rules, or payment terms, you must not participate in those features.

9. Tebex Checkout, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Purchases are processed through Tebex Checkout and its payment partners. PVPSMP does not directly process or store full credit card numbers. We may receive transaction data from Tebex to deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, handle disputes, and enforce these Terms.

All purchases are final except where a refund is required by applicable law, Tebex policy, payment processor rules, or expressly approved by PVPSMP.

Because PVPSMP sells digital content and virtual services that may be delivered immediately, by purchasing you request immediate delivery/performance. Where permitted by law, you acknowledge that you may lose any statutory cancellation or withdrawal right once delivery begins.

No refund is owed simply because:

• You changed your mind;
• You stopped playing;
• The map, economy, or season reset;
• A perk was balanced, modified, disabled, or removed;
• You lost a voluntary wager;
• You were muted, suspended, banned, reset, or otherwise punished for violating rules;
• You lost access due to your own account issues;
• You were removed for chargeback, fraud, abuse, or ban evasion.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, Tebex policy, or payment processor rules.

If you file a chargeback, payment dispute, or fraud claim, we may suspend or restrict related accounts, purchases, Coins, ranks, perks, and access while the matter is investigated. Fraudulent, abusive, or unresolved chargebacks may result in revocation of items/perks, account suspension, store blacklist, network-wide ban, and cooperation with Tebex or payment partners.

10. Subscriptions and Lifetime Purchases

Some ranks or services may be sold as subscriptions, recurring payments, seasonal access, or lifetime purchases. Subscription renewal, cancellation, and pricing terms should be displayed at checkout. You are responsible for cancelling recurring subscriptions through the method provided by Tebex or the payment provider.

For recurring subscriptions, cancellation stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund the current billing period. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law, you will generally continue to receive the relevant subscription benefits until the end of the current paid period, unless access is removed because of a violation of these Terms, the Rules, payment issues, fraud, chargeback activity, or other enforcement action.

If PVPSMP suspends or cancels a paid subscription for reasons unrelated to your breach of these Terms, the Rules, payment policies, fraud prevention, platform compliance, or applicable law, PVPSMP may, at its discretion, provide a prorated refund, store credit, replacement benefit, or other resolution for the unused portion of the paid period.

“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the PVPSMP service, rank, product, or network as offered by us, not your natural lifetime, and not a promise that PVPSMP will operate forever.

11. Crates and Random Rewards

PVPSMP may offer crates, keys, randomized rewards, or similar systems. Where randomized rewards are available for purchase, we will provide reward information and odds where required by law, platform policy, Tebex policy, or our own store rules.

Crates and randomized rewards are optional server entertainment features. Random rewards, Coins, in-game money, XP, items, and other PVPSMP virtual assets have no real-world cash value and may not be redeemed, withdrawn, sold, transferred, exchanged, or converted into real money, real-world goods, cryptocurrency, fiat currency, or anything of monetary value outside approved PVPSMP systems.

Crates, randomized rewards, Coins, in-game money, XP, items, and other virtual assets may not be used for real-money gambling, real-money wagering, betting involving real-world value, cash-out schemes, real-money trading, unauthorized resale, laundering, or off-server value exchange.

12. Gameplay Balance, Economy, Seasons, and Resets

PVPSMP is an evolving Minecraft server. We may modify, rebalance, nerf, buff, disable, remove, replace, wipe, reset, or change items, claims, balances, jobs, auctions, Coins usage, perks, ranks, kits, crates, rewards, worlds, inventories, economy data, combat mechanics, teleport mechanics, cosmetics, battlepass systems, and other server features.

We may perform seasonal resets, map wipes, economy resets, claim wipes, or progression resets. Unless stated otherwise, purchased cosmetics/ranks may persist across resets where technically and commercially practical, but consumables, seasonal content, economy balances, crate keys, claims, or gameplay progress may not.

No player owns server data, virtual currency, claims, ranks, worlds, items, builds, or progression.

13. Moderation and Enforcement

Access to PVPSMP is a privilege, not a right. PVPSMP may approve, deny, suspend, restrict, or revoke access to the server, website, store, Discord, Reddit, support systems, events, and other PVPSMP services at our discretion where we believe doing so is necessary to protect players, staff, the community, the economy, licensed assets, systems, platform compliance, payment integrity, or the long-term health of PVPSMP.

PVPSMP may enforce these Terms and Rules through warnings, message deletion, mutes, kicks, suspensions, bans, IP bans, network-wide bans, Discord/Reddit bans, store bans, account resets, inventory resets, claim removal, item confiscation, economy rollback, auction/trade/wager reversal, Coin/rank/perk restrictions, or reports to platform providers or law enforcement where appropriate.

We may act based on logs, staff observations, reports, automated systems, third-party evidence, Tebex/payment information, Discord/Reddit evidence, or other reliable information. We are not required to provide all evidence to punished users, especially if doing so would compromise staff tools, anti-cheat systems, other players’ privacy, child safety, security, or ongoing investigations.

Appeals may be available through official support channels. Lying, forging evidence, harassing staff, ban evading, threatening chargebacks, or creating drama may result in denial of appeal and additional enforcement.

PVPSMP may restrict, deny, suspend, or terminate access based on conduct outside PVPSMP when that conduct gives us a reasonable belief that the user may threaten PVPSMP, our players, staff, community spaces, economy, systems, store, licensed assets, creator partners, or server integrity. This may include evidence of cheating, botting, resource-pack extraction, asset leaks, harassment, doxxing, fraud, chargeback abuse, ban evasion, real-money trading, scams, or other abusive conduct on other servers, platforms, websites, marketplaces, Discords, or communities.

14. Bug Reports, Exploits, and Bug Bounties

If you discover a bug, dupe, exploit, vulnerability, security issue, or abusable mechanic, you must report it immediately through an official Bug Report ticket. You may not abuse it, use it for personal gain, share it publicly, sell it, teach others how to use it, test it on live players without permission, damage the server/economy/players, or conceal it from staff.

PVPSMP may offer discretionary rewards for valid reports. Rewards are not guaranteed. Cash rewards, if any, may require eligibility verification, tax information, parent/guardian consent for minors, and compliance with applicable law.

Security and Prohibited Technical Activity

You may not attempt to interfere with, damage, exploit, bypass, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, scan, scrape, probe, or gain unauthorized access to PVPSMP systems, servers, accounts, networks, software, databases, authentication systems, staff tools, private areas, resource delivery systems, payment systems, moderation systems, or user data.

Prohibited technical activity includes exploiting vulnerabilities, using malicious tools, bypassing bans or access controls, attacking or overloading infrastructure, probing private systems, scraping protected content, distributing malware or phishing links, impersonating staff or systems, collecting user information without permission, interfering with payments or authentication, or attempting to access staff-only or private areas without authorization.

PVPSMP may investigate, restrict, block, report, preserve evidence, or take other action against suspected technical abuse.

15. Safety, Threats, and Illegal Content

You may not use PVPSMP to threaten violence, doxx, groom or exploit minors, solicit sexual content from minors, share child sexual abuse material, extort, blackmail, encourage self-harm, commit fraud, or coordinate illegal activity.

We may preserve evidence and report serious safety or illegal content to law enforcement, NCMEC, platform providers, guardians, or other appropriate authorities.

16. Intellectual Property

PVPSMP owns or licenses its server name, branding, logos, website content, custom systems, configurations, designs, graphics, models, cosmetic assets, written materials, and other original content, except for content owned by Microsoft/Mojang or third parties.

You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse PVPSMP assets without written permission. Minecraft is owned by Microsoft/Mojang. PVPSMP does not claim ownership of Minecraft.

Resource Packs, Assets, and Datamining

PVPSMP resource packs, models, textures, sounds, UI assets, configuration files, cosmetic assets, crate assets, unreleased content, and related files are provided solely so Minecraft can render authorized gameplay while you are using PVPSMP.

Downloading, caching, receiving, or loading a PVPSMP resource pack does not give you ownership of, or any right to extract, unpack, inspect, reverse engineer, datamine, copy, modify, redistribute, publish, leak, sell, reuse, or display those assets outside normal authorized gameplay.

You may not use cache extractors, unpacker mods, Blockbench, model viewers, file tools, scripts, external programs, or similar methods to access, reveal, copy, publish, or distribute PVPSMP assets, including unreleased or non-public content.

Some PVPSMP assets are licensed from third-party creators or marketplaces. Unauthorized extraction, redistribution, or misuse may violate PVPSMP’s rights, creator rights, marketplace license terms, copyright law, platform rules, and these Terms. PVPSMP may cooperate with asset creators, marketplaces, platforms, payment providers, or legal authorities to investigate and enforce against asset theft or leaks.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

PVPSMP respects intellectual property rights. If you believe content available through PVPSMP infringes your copyright, trademark, license rights, or other intellectual property rights, please contact us through the official support or contact method listed on this website and provide enough information for us to review the issue.

PVPSMP may remove, restrict, replace, disable, or investigate content that we believe may infringe another party’s rights, violate marketplace license terms, violate platform rules, or violate these Terms.

17. Service Availability

PVPSMP is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee continuous uptime, error-free gameplay, no lag, no data loss, permanent availability of any feature, permanent availability of any world/map, compatibility with every Minecraft version/client/mod/device/platform, or that the server will operate forever.

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, migrate, or shut down PVPSMP at any time.

PVPSMP may experience data loss, rollback, corruption, failed backups, unavailable backups, plugin failures, version incompatibility, world corruption, infrastructure failure, third-party outage, security incidents, or other technical issues. We may attempt to preserve or restore data where practical, but we do not guarantee that any data, builds, items, inventories, claims, balances, Coins, ranks, cosmetics, perks, logs, messages, or progress will always be preserved, recoverable, or restorable.

18. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PVPSMP is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PVPSMP and its owners, operators, staff, moderators, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, virtual items, ranks, Coins, profits, goodwill, gameplay progress, claims, builds, or account access.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PVPSMP’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for PVPSMP-related purchases in the six months before the claim or $100 USD. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation is not allowed by law.

19. Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, if you are an adult, or if you are a parent/legal guardian responsible for a minor user, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PVPSMP and its owners, operators, staff, moderators, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, violation of the Rules, unlawful conduct, fraud, chargebacks, scams, abuse, User Content, infringement of another person’s rights, misuse of PVPSMP, or your child’s/dependent minor’s use of PVPSMP.

20. Governing Law and Disputes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms, your use of PVPSMP, and all related disputes are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim or dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections you cannot waive by contract.

You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without PVPSMP’s written permission. PVPSMP may transfer, assign, delegate, or otherwise move its rights or obligations under these Terms as part of a reorganization, infrastructure change, business transfer, merger, acquisition, change in ownership, change in administration, or similar event.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. The unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable part will be interpreted as narrowly as possible so the rest of these Terms can continue to apply.

If PVPSMP does not enforce part of these Terms, delays enforcement, or chooses not to act in a particular situation, that does not mean PVPSMP waives its right to enforce these Terms later. Any waiver must be in writing to be effective.

These Terms are between you and PVPSMP. No other person or entity has the right to enforce these Terms unless expressly stated otherwise or required by applicable law.

Before filing a legal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally, unless prohibited by law.

21. Changes to These Terms
