PVPSMP Rules

1. Community Rules Be respectful. No bullying, doxxing, harassment, threats, hate, NSFW content, impersonation, spam, trolling, brigading, witch-hunting, or targeted abuse. No inflammatory discussion about gender, politics, race, religion, nationality, sexuality, or other topics likely to cause community conflict.
2. Chat Rules Be polite. No hate speech, obscene profanity, racial slurs, sexual harassment, sexually explicit discussion, grooming, solicitation, malicious links, advertising, discussing other Minecraft servers, or self-promotion. Content involving sexual conduct with minors, exploitation, or threats of harm may be reported to the appropriate platforms or authorities.
3. Game Rules No automation, botting, macros, duping, bug abuse, exploit abuse, scamming, spawn camping, TP trapping, griefing protected areas, economy manipulation, or abuse of claims, teleport systems, shops, auctions, trades, or other server systems.
4. Client Mods No auto-clickers or auto-anything else. No bots, ESP, freecam, X-Ray, radar, pathfinders, ore finders, combat assists, scripts, macros, unfair minimap features, or any client, mod, resource pack, tool, or external program that provides an unfair advantage. Cosmetic, performance, accessibility, and recording tools are allowed only if they do not provide unfair gameplay information or automation.
5. Resource Packs, Assets, and Datamining Do not extract, unpack, decompile, reverse engineer, datamine, copy, redistribute, sell, publish, leak, preview, or misuse PVPSMP resource packs, models, textures, sounds, UI assets, configs, crate assets, cosmetic assets, unreleased content, or other server assets except as automatically loaded by Minecraft for normal gameplay. Do not use cache extractors, unpacker mods, Blockbench, model viewers, file tools, scripts, or external programs to access or reveal non-public PVPSMP assets. Do not post, share, request, or repost screenshots, files, previews, download links, or descriptions of unreleased or non-public PVPSMP content. Normal gameplay screenshots and videos of released public content are allowed unless staff says otherwise. Violations may result in permanent network ban, Discord/Reddit removal, store restriction, confiscation/reversal, and forfeiture of Coins, ranks, perks, or virtual goods without refund except where required by law.
6. Credible Risk and Off-Platform Conduct PVPSMP may restrict, deny, suspend, or terminate access based on conduct outside PVPSMP when that conduct gives us a reasonable belief that you may threaten PVPSMP, our players, staff, community spaces, economy, systems, store, licensed assets, creator partners, or server integrity. This may include evidence of cheating, botting, resource-pack extraction, asset leaks, harassment, doxxing, fraud, chargeback abuse, ban evasion, real-money trading, scams, or other abusive conduct on other servers, platforms, websites, marketplaces, Discords, or communities.
7. Catch-All Do not do anything that gives you or any other player an unfair advantage, causes drama, harms the server, harms the economy, harms staff, harms another player, bypasses rules, or abuses a loophole. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask staff before doing it.
8. Player Reports If you believe someone is cheating or breaking the rules, submit a Player Report ticket through official support channels. Do not publicly accuse them, retaliate, harass them, instigate drama, or attempt to handle the matter yourself.
9. Bug Reports and Bug Bounties If you find a bug, dupe glitch, exploit, security issue, or other abusable part of PVPSMP, report it immediately through a Bug Report ticket. Do not use it, test it on other players, share it, sell it, conceal it, or profit from it. Rewards are discretionary and may include Coins, in-game rewards, store credit, or other rewards where permitted. Rewards are not guaranteed and may be denied if you abused, disclosed, delayed reporting, or profited from the issue.
10. Punishments Breaking these rules may result in a warning, mute, kick, suspension, ban, account reset, claim removal, item confiscation, economy reversal, store restriction, Discord/Reddit removal, or network-wide ban. We may also reverse transactions, remove illegitimate items/currency, reset affected data, or take other action needed to protect the server, players, economy, or community.
11. Purchases, Refunds, and Forfeiture Purchases do not grant immunity from enforcement. Coins and other virtual goods are limited, revocable access to PVPSMP digital content and have no real-world cash value. Coins are not money, stored value, a bank balance, cryptocurrency, or a gift card, and may not be sold, traded, transferred, cashed out, or exchanged for real money or anything of value outside approved PVPSMP systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered or made available. If you are muted, suspended, banned, reset, store-blocked, or otherwise restricted for violating our rules, you may lose access to purchased perks, Coins, ranks, items, subscriptions, or services without refund, except where a refund is required by applicable law, Tebex policy, or payment processor rules.
12. Chance-Based Games and Wagers PVPSMP may offer optional chance-based or wager-based gameplay features where players can voluntarily wager eligible in-game assets such as in-game money, XP, items, or other virtual goods. These features are for entertainment purposes only. Participation is optional and not required for normal gameplay. All wagers involve risk, and you may lose anything you choose to wager. Random outcomes do not guarantee a win/loss pattern, and losing streaks are possible. Voluntary wager losses are final and are not refundable except where required by applicable law, Tebex policy, payment processor rules, or a written decision by PVPSMP. Coins and all other PVPSMP virtual assets have no real-world cash value and may not be redeemed, sold, traded, transferred, cashed out, or exchanged for real money or anything of value outside approved PVPSMP systems.
13. Language and Translation PVPSMP, its store, and its official documentation operate in English. By using PVPSMP or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you understand English well enough to read and understand these rules, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service, or that you have used reliable translation assistance before using the service. Misunderstanding, mistranslation, or failure to read the rules is not a defense to enforcement and is not a valid reason for a refund unless required by applicable law.
14. Agreement and Terms By accessing PVPSMP, joining our server, using our website, participating in our Discord/Reddit communities, opening support tickets, purchasing through our store, or continuing to use PVPSMP after updates, you agree to follow these Rules, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service. The complete and current versions are posted at https://www.pvpsmp.com/rules, https://www.pvpsmp.com/privacy, and https://www.pvpsmp.com/terms. If an in-game, Discord, Reddit, support, or store summary conflicts with the website version, the website version controls to the maximum extent permitted by law. If you do not agree, do not use PVPSMP.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Rules, your use of PVPSMP, and all related disputes are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim or dispute must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida. Nothing in this rule limits any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot legally be waived.
